Lunch & Learn: Data Breach Mandatory Reporting: Learn to manage cyber risks before you need to report a Data Breach

People cringe every time they hear about data breaches and malware attacks.

Federal Regulations, that came into full effect on November 1st, 2018, change how Canadian Businesses will deal with cybersecurity and data breaches. Shield is hosting a Lunch and Learn concerning Canada’s Breach of Security Safeguards Regulations and mandatory data breach reporting requirements. Please join us November 22nd in Vancouver. After a brief welcome; lunch will be served. Followed by a lawyer from MLT Aikins knowledgeable of the legislation who will speak for about 10-15 minutes. Dessert and refreshments will be available during the Q/A session. We expect a government representative to be on the Q&A panel.
